More About Baby Dill

My name is Alana Farrant, mom to three incredible daughters, and the co-owner/seamstress of Baby Dill.

I create soft sensory products with the hopes of bringing comfort to those who need that extra sensory touch.

This can include (but not limited to) those with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD)
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Anxiety

It all started with the idea of helping my then 6-month daughter Parker, whose sensory needs were all over the place and her development delayed for her age.

There was no such luck with any of the available sensory products, as most were too intense for Parker. They would vibrate or have unnecessary gadgets that posed as a safety hazard.

The one and only comfort Parker could find was a blanket with the same material now featured in my products.

Through some exhaustive trial and error, I found the best shape and size to offer her all-around comfort. My flagship product, the Pickle Sensory Pillow was born!

Lots of love and care goes into what I create.

Everything is hand-made from locally sourced materials to share the love with other small businesses.
